This Indian take-away and dine-in on the Gold Coast needed a bold and bright rebrand and new in-store imagery to help sell their specials.

As the name suggests, curries are their specialty – I wanted to visually communicate the layering of spices to create unique and complex flavours in their curries. The lotus flower being a well-known symbol of India was a perfect vehicle for this, as it allowed me to overlay the petals, creating a circular ‘plate’ shape in the centre of the logo.

With a very tight budget I did all the styling and photography myself, keeping it clean, modern and white to let the bright colours of the curries, and the wording stand out.
